We’re a successful and ambitious organisation. Our people are our most important asset and we are proud to work with a team of talented and committed individuals.
We currently employ around 150 people across a broad mix of roles. We recruit into a number of areas, including administration, marketing, finance, and training, as well as into various support functions across areas such as customer support and incident ground maintenance.
We also regularly recruit qualified, talented and ambitious seconded officers from the UK Fire and Rescue Service to deliver specialist training to our delegates. See our section on Training for more details.
