Clair Mowbray – Director of Learning Delivery and Transformation
Clair joined the Fire Service College in 2021 as the Director of Learning Delivery and Transformation. She holds responsibility for all teaching and learning, quality assurance and academic services.
Since joining the College Clair has been leading transformation to a digital first approach and embedding hybrid delivery that blends digital teaching technologies with live fire training.
Clair holds over twenty years’ experience working in the field of technical skills and education having worked for the Learning and Skills Council, PWC and Tribal Education. She was Chief Executive of a National College for 6 years and has contributed as a technical expert to the development of Governmental policy on technical education.
